Hi! I’m Soundarya

Born and raised in India. Currently, local to the Bay Area.

Growing up, I always thought I’d be an engineer. I stumbled into product management by luck and absolutely love my job.

As of 2023, I’m celebrating a decade of being a product manager and have thoroughly enjoyed my journey so far.

From helping consumers convert their bids to purchases on ebay.com to helping beauty professionals find new customers online, to launching a Waitlist product in restaurants to replace pen-and-paper clipboards to helping millions of small-and-medium businesses on Facebook and Instagram grow their social media businesses — I’ve enjoyed my journey in building B2B2C marketplaces and helping small businesses realize their passion.

Outside of work, I enjoy being in nature. I prioritize my mental and physical health with regular meditation and strength/conditioning workouts. I enjoy eating a great meal (with desserts!), cooking meals, hosting friends and family at dinner parties at home.

I hope to share many stories on building products and product management as a professional career to connect with fellow travelers on this path.
